Ruby Hill

Ruby Hill

Wild Black Tea · Jinggu, Yunnan, China

A Yunnan Dianhong from the tender first two leaves of wild arbor trees over 300 years old. Rolled into tight, purplish-red strips using traditional Gongfu methods, it brews a fruity, woody cup with a subtle sweetness and no bitterness.

Moonlit Peak

Moonlit Peak

Aged White Tea · Jinggu, Yunnan, China

Harvested from century-old trees in highland forest at 1,700 metres, which gives it a wild mountain character. Only the first two leaves are picked, then carefully withered and aged. Rich and full-bodied, with floral and woody notes that last through many infusions.

Golden Haze

Oolong Tea · Nanjing, Fujian, China · Natural farming

Grown on a natural-farming plantation that hasn't used pesticides, fertilisers or herbicides for over ten years. Tightly rolled, glossy dark leaves brew a thick, full cup with warm cinnamon, floral-fruity notes and a sweet aftertaste.

Jasmine

Green Tea · Sichuan, China · Jasmine scented

Green tea scented five times with fresh jasmine blossoms, so leaf and flower blend rather than compete. Sweet, smooth and bright, with a fragrance that lingers. The gentlest of the four, and lovely cold-brewed.
